I love this Fight Fit the intense training that happens in this family orientated space is beautiful , not only is it a fight fit they also have the gym space , the pace and power nutrition the Lola clothing line , selling of martial arts clothing and The Gypsy Kitchen which is done by Meghan the Gymnast and Vegan Baker.

Her mealS are fresh and centered around Vegan cooking. I love this space it gets really busy in the evenings , however during the day it’s more relaxed and is great as the kids come here for gymnastics when it’s not to busy.

They have a bookshelf where you can trade a book for one of ours for one of their books lovely concept free of charge.

The most beautiful touch here is all the martial artists are such gentlemen. its amazing they say thank you , excuse me it’s such a nice feeling.

Fight Fit Militia has such amazing coaches that are not only experts but are also truly kind, sweet, patient and nurturing especially with the littlest of students. It always warms my heart to watch the kids lessons and see their interaction. We cdnt have chosen a better school. Absolutely Amazing!!!

My son has been a member for nearly two years. Brazillian Jui Jitsu has been fantastic for him. We have seen him grow and develop in confidence. We have also recently started my daughter in the Mui Thai classes - this has also been an excellent exercise option for her.

We would recommend the gym to any parent looking to offer their kids something out of the ordinary that will teach their kids discipline while keeping them fit and strong.

Fight Fit Militia is a great gym. The owners Chef and Richie are highly qualified coaches that go out of their way to assist and train the athletes and gym members. Their children's program is fantastic, giving them a sound understanding of what it means to be disciplined, train hard, have respect and stay humble. The gym offers many different sports and disciplines with friendly and knowledgeable coaches. They have created an amazing community vibe where everyone greets you and is friendly. It is an amazing environment for all. I highly recommend that you check it out.

Fight fit militia is definitely not your average gym. WOW! When I say they have everything for everyone I'm not lying. The biggest thing that surprised me is the sense of family and community there. Everyone helps each other,the trainers are friendly and are SO great with the kids,you can see they are invested in the kids there whether they are training or not. The owner Chef always takes the time to great you and find out how your training is going. I absolutely love and recommend this gym.

Amazing place with amazing instructers. Whether you want to train for fun, weight loss, self defence or want to compete these guys have got you covered. Both myself and my 9 yr old son train here and there is an amazing family environment. Pop in and you're guaranteed to make new friends and reach your goals if you put the work in.

This is an absolutely phenomenal gym. I joined as an adult with absolutely zero martial arts experience, but immediately felt involved. There is a lot of patience for newbies, but you are still given so many opportunities to learn from the best and make fast progress.
