Clearly the owner does not care for the property. Booked a room with air con. Both units with air con were not working. Changed rooms. In both, the toilet seats were coming unhinged. The floorboards were broken. Over priced and way subpar. Staff (Caroline) was awesome. Owner needs to sell or get back in the game. Barely a 2-star. So many better options on Melville

Nice. open plan space, no kitchen but nearby to plenty of shops, pubs u0026 clubs.
