There was no power.no hot water.no tv.no bath towels.it was a disaster

No lift you have to walk the stairs to the last floor,The tv plays one channel supersport and it's blurry. No air-conditioning

Very unsafe area. We heard many screams and police during the night on the outside of the hotel. The bed sheets and pillows didn't smell nice, and I asked the manager if they where clean, and he said yes. Many people use this place per hour, so there will be people in and out at all times... The bathroom windows for some rooms are transparent, so you have to hang something there because anyone from the outside can see inside the bathrooms.

Service excellence, keep it up guys you can only get better. Nice music, friendly staff, the chef is proper, the 2 entry and exit assistants know what they are doing, receptionists are flexible and the room service is ngcaa"" this of course is due to the proper leadership of the manager"JOHN". Thanks for the reception

Unsafe neighborhood, rooms are not cleaned properly, there is not warm water in all the rooms, and the service is bad. Many things are broken and the wifi does not work. If you are looking for low budget accommodation and are willing to sacrifice service, Miraton would be okay for you.
