Ordered took over half an hour and they weren't even busy. This store was one off thes best now gone to the worst. What is management doing. I even called in and was told 15 min.

The worst service I've ever received in a restaurant, I will never eat there again, our orders got to the table half assembled and we had to send it back, the shawarma was dry and had no sauce inside, the utensils we were given were dirty and worn down I won't recommend anyone to eat there it's sucks

Order took over One Hour!!! The person that served us got the order wrong and when we changed it we were duly responded to and then the order went well over one and a half hours. Very disappointed.

Food was horrible ordered a shwarma and absolutely no sauce and a stale pita, second order tasted like rubber I will never eat there again they give the franchise a bad rep

It used to be nice now Machachos worst ever..my son and I had a running tummy for 2 days......food was disgusting called in later to complain to the young lady she was just arrogant.....
