We had the best time.. Staff super friendly Bongani FNB manager thank for accommodating me with Halal breakfast ???? kitchen cleaning and admin staff all so friendly.. Papama Meqholo you a super star we wish everything of the best thank you for being kind and friendly

Service at reception and kitchen very sub standard, location not too conducive, rooms were average for the price.

There's always something not working 100 percent at the hotel if it's not water going off for almost a full week.. Then the air con is not working. No laundry service in the lodge and only one ironing room for 3 floors...

Rooms have no fridge, there was no water at some point. The breakfast is not tasty as well

We are booked for the 9 April till 22nd April. 3rd day with no water only certain times late night and early morning.

No alternative from the lodge for showering purposes.

Work long hours come back cant shower

Horrible! There was no water the whole night. We left without bathing and we had to go to another business meeting. No communication or what so ever from the manager. Worse, the milk that was supposed to be fresh turned out to be sour. We had only 2 sugar serchet. Experience was very bad.
