Delivery was late even after several calls to verify that it would be there on time; food items were substituted without prior approval so we did not get everything we needed; when the order said we should get 10 items we only received 6; delivery charges are very expensive, especially when its late on top of it. Food quality was mediocre and when I requested a refund on some items as compensation, Zain did not even have the decency to respond to my request. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted by the experience :(
