Whoever prepared today's chicken livers and spicy rice, should've just stayed home, really! I buy this meal once a week and I can safely say, that this wasn't prepared by the usual chef. Hai shame and the quarter chicken was raw!
Extremely disappointed!!

What a disappointment!,
Ordered online for the second time and both my orders has been delivered 2 hours later.
Cold food with excuses.
Landline should be just taken off as it doesn't even work.
Nando's Customer Care even get a hold of this branch.

Food was prepared quickly, the bun was hot and fresh, the chicken was really well cooked and everything was nicely prepared. Very happy with the service and would recommend as one of the better Nandos branches.

I was going to give 4 stars but after seeing a reply to each review you've earned 5. Meal was done in record time and serverd hot with all the extras. Cutlery is sharp and plates are new. Bathroom facilities are clean and all in working order.

LOL ANC should take a leason or 2 from your guys.

The best nandos in the world. The fries are crispy and delicious. The chicken had so much flavour. 10/10

Such wonderful service at this branch, always even though they are usually quite full. Waitresses were really friendly today. I can definitely see portion sizes increasing at Nandos branches generally.

Today We had boiled chicken, no flavour, no taste nothing. Over spiced wedges… no tomato sauce,salt whatsoever in the bag. Couldn’t down my food, this was the worst meal on a Friday

I sent my slip and picture of the meal to Nando’s customer service email address but to this day I never got a response. I even completed the survey and was promised to be called back. No one did. Your service is bad
