I've never had a problem. Their service is always good. It's amazing to order something and chill there for a bt to wait for your ride home or to wait for somebody. There were a lot of homeless people around the Starbucks but I'm sure the guards got them away.

The best green Macha green tea I've had and it was pretty basic. I loved the vibe and the aesthetic of the place.

The best Starbucks in South Africa. Great for getting some work done and they have an expert barista in Bibo! He’s an absolute wizard who’s super knowledgeable, ask for him by name!

It's Starbucks. Why are you reading reviews? Like what exactly are you expecting? It's overpriced, poor quality coffee with a fancy seating area. You're either going to go there to use your MacBook so you can be one of those people or you already know that you don't like it and are trying to convince yourself otherwise. Either way a review isn't going to change your mind so again I ask, why are you here reading reviews?

Enjoy a decadent coffee on a Sunday afternoon (after church!) with a friend or newspaper. A Great spot to relax before ready .. steady ... MONDAY!

I'm always bowled over by the amazing energy of the staff. It's something to behold. If you're a student of great service. Do yourself a solid, and enroll at the Starbucks Rosebank University! Jokes aside, many businesses can learn a lot from them, especially those in the service industry. As for the prices, yeah, they're quite pricey. Think of it as mostly paying for the service, as some of their coffee tastes awful. Luckily they have a wide variety, so you're bound to eventually find the one you enjoy, if you're patient enough to keep visiting them. Everything they sell is of the utmost quality. From coffee to cakes.

This was my very first experience visiting a Starbucks. I was very impressed. From the wide selection of drinks, to the relaxed atmosphere and professional staff, it all added up to a great outing. The drinks were a bit pricey but everything else made up for having to pay more. Definitely a stop next time I'm in Johannesburg.
