Waited about 55minutes to get our food... this was the only downside. Food was great and up to standard, waiter was friendly and atmosphere is awesome.

Great food and great service. We were seated outside and so expected to get terrible service however this was not the case. Our waitress was a trainee but she was brilliant. Drinks and food came out in a reasonable time and we didn’t have to wait ages to receive our bill.

The fish, calamari and prawns were all tasty and cooked to perfection.

We had a great meal here. The bream was light, flaky and not fishy tasting; the sushi was tasty, well plated. Our server, Patience, provided good service.

Whilst the food was tasty there were several unsatisfactory things. We didn’t receive two of the items ordered and then had to explain why they had to be removed from the bill. Service was haphazard as if the restaurant wasn’t prepared for the crowd. We requested avocados for the salad and no onions and this was ignored. The Baklava cheesecake was unlike any other baklava cheesecake since there was no phyllo pastry, just cheesecake, syrup and nuts in a tiny portion. We had to wait quite long when we asked for more green chillies and tartare sauces and received plain mayonnaise instead of tartare sauce. All in all rather disappointing for a fairly expensive meal and a very decent tip. Not what we expected from a franchise we’ve been frequenting since the franchise first opened.

We were there on a Monday evening and were seated underneath the stairs rather close to the toilets and was aware of an rather awful smell coming from there.
The waiters standing at the entrance as well as some kitchen staff were really very noisy at all times. Not what one expects when going out for dinner. Can management please attend to this.

Excellent meal, however desultory service with the same attaitude to a very good tip; and had to duck between two loudly talking employees, who didn't stop or greet as we left the restaurant. In hindsight, should've asked to see the kitchen staff and passed on the tip to them instead.

I'm a frequent visitor to ocean baskets all over the country this is the BEST ocean basket I've ever been......
The oysters was the freshest I've ever had. The seafood platter was divine
divine....staffriendly
