Lovely venue
Pizza's look delicious
Pizza shapes are lovely
However the menu is lame, there is no variety it's very simple
Being named Pizza hut you guys should be the boss of pizza's and should have a huge variety of pizza's for people to choose from
You guys can even try selling subs as the menu is so boring

Ok food. Good service. Ok for a quick bite on the go. Side menu items are better than the pizza.

Went there on Heritage Day 2020, they were a bit overwhelmed as they had alot of orders coming through from sit in customers, takeaways and deliveries.

Would like to commend the lady manager on shift, she was hands on, knee what she was doing, apologised for the delay and kept us informed about the status of our order.

Food was delicious too.

Will not give a 5 star because of the delay in our order +/- 30minutes waiting time.

Terrible service, ordered food at 16:30 was assured delivery by 17:00 latest 17:10.
Called again at 17:10 was informed that order has left and on it way. Driver called me at 17:45 to ask if he must still bring order as he has not left the store. Spoke to manager Sizwe who said order left 25 mins ago, but it just left the store. When pizza finally came at 18:15 they forgot one of the pizza. Manager took a long time to find my Order before agreeing that they forgot a pizza. He offered me a free chocolate pizza but what was the point as my guests we left hungry from 17:15
I will not recommend anyone order from this store until management and delivery is sorted out

It was divine, but please be aware with regards to halal certification as I've heard that SANHA has removed their certificate from them. Please do look into it. Other then that, food was hot, yummy and just perfect.

If it were possible to give 0 stars then this place would get one ???? Over 1 hour 30 minutes from placing an online order, no contact from the store or driver.

Store does not answer phone calls when phoning to enquire about the status of the order. Head office has long waiting times when called. Overall ????????????????????????????????????????

Romans Fordsburg is a better alternate apart from the drawback of no deliveries

I placed an order at 20:02pm tonight!
Lady I spoke to was abrupt and said I'm not on their system but I had ordered just yesterday!WTH
Captured my details all over again.....
Order was to take 30 to 45min......
Called them again at 20:50pm.....the lady said the driver is 10min away!
Driver calls at 21:15pm saying he is 2min away!!!! What a flippin joke!
He only arrived at 21:26pm. ..I have the card machine slip as proof of time of payment!
Food is disgustingly cold and the delivery guy has the damn cheek to tell me he was at my flat for 30min but forgot how contradictory that statement was cause he called 11min ago say he was 2min away from my flat!
Didn't even have the decency to apologise! I really hope somebody from pizza hut fordsburg can contact me and explain what the hell happened. You have my contact number n address and you know my name!
