Nice Sunday afternoon visit to RTG. It was relatively busy but still got a table.

Really nice menu and nice staff, still using online menus. Would like to have a physical one if possible.

The food was really excellent especially the pizzas which were amazing on the thin crust.

The bathrooms are unfortunately very bad and around the back and obviously not checked often. This should be fixed.

Very slow service from un-attentive staff on a night of load shedding. No offer of candles for the tables. Patrons sat eating using cell phone light. Out of five meals two arrived warm enough to eat. The chips were returned cold and not refreshed. Surely oil is not load shedding dependent.
Let them wonder why there was no tip?

The food is always great, and the last time we went they helped me plan a surprise dinner and the execution was PERFECT. I ordered and paid in advance, and they followed exactly what I asked for, bringing wine as we arrived, dinner 20 minutes later and dessert shortly after, without asking for a thing.

food is very hit and miss, sometimes you can get a decent meal and sometimes the food is somewhat horrendous, my last meal was a chicken lafa and the lafa bread was so horribly burnt that when I took a bite into it it completely overwhelmed my palate with that bitter burnt taste, and after that no matter what I ate the meal was unfortunately ruined

Originally this review was posted four months ago but I came back and they constantly have bad food and horrible service every time I’ve come here it take 1 to 3 hours to get our food horrible service you will regret coming here
