The Black Aesthetic exhibition is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is perfect and the art is worth the visit. It's definitely a creative space for creative minds.

This is a wonderful space, the wooden floors and purple-grey walls makes it feel more personal and unique - not the white cube.
There is such a variety of art to be appreciated and as a fine arts student I see such value in the way everything was presented. The parking is a little bit difficult to find though, but there is parking specifically for the gallery.

One of my favourite places to visit in my home city!
The gallery is currently showing the artworks of the late Dr. David Koloane.
It's a well curated journey through various forms of politics, the feeling of community and the feeling of jazz.
I highly recommend it :-)

Took a group of boys to see the Harmonia: Sacred Geometry exhibition by Gordon Froud. Well worth it and an inspiring morning out. The gallery is free which makes it even more appealing. Keep an eye out to what is exhibiting and definitely go check it out.
