They will never give you a change for the purchases you make. I lost monies. I even called the number and I was directed to speak to a manager. Instead of getting my monies from manager, he told me that people have been losing money as of it is the right thing. Worst experience ever. If you value your monies, don't bother going there. When buying, you might need your change back and nobody will assist you. You will lose money. Don't bother. I lost monies as well. Nobody got back to me.

What I enjoyed about my stay there is once you check in there usually isn't any reason to go out again, they've got a restaurant downstairs, a club at the top plus a beautiful set up on top of the roof so...
Plus it was quite affordable as well

The indoor, undercover parking is ridiculously small. It only allows for a single car to enter/exit at any given time. Larger cars have great difficulty negotiating the corners. One entry / exit point, creating chaos when busy. I shudder to imagine what would unfold should there be a M/V entering, whilst another is exiting.

Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and lovely bath. Very spacious Dining/buffet options aren't great although the dining room/restaurant is very nicely decorated. It's a good place to stay when you need to be in Johannesburg CBD for work.

Clean neat. Decent sized rooms. Friendly staff. Centre of town is not great but hotel feels. Super safe

Just ordered a chicken burger from your restuarant and it's the worst burger I've ever eaten. The roll (bread) was extremely stale, the chicken was hard and to top it I had to wait over an hour for my order. The whole process was ridiculous and appalling. There were only 2 people ordering when I arrived, so how can a place which is not packed delay in their service delivery for 2 people? The night/evening staff can do better. Do better guys, please!

Attended SSS at their rooftop and the people working at the hotel are absolutely kind. From the receptionist downstairs to the bouncer. Top tier
