The place is proper. Rooms are spacious with everything you need. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are friendly. Only limitation is that it is a bit of a walk to the mall (less than two streets away - so it's worth it nonetheless). I'd definitely stay there time and time again.

I have had 2 excellent stays at Capital on Both. The rooms are clean, spacious, and functional and the staff are very friendly and efficient. I only reduced my rating as the shower was not great. I'll definitely be back.

Water pressure is low in the bathrooms, it really needs to be improved. This is the only downside to the hotel, but it's a big deal for me. They need to add more water tanks on their roof to increase the capacity. The service from the staff is excellent and the breakfast is delicious, nothing can be faulted there. Security is strict which is good but they might also be difficult even if you tell them you are a guest. Good hotel but room for improvement.

I'm yet to respond to the email sent, I had to leave and my friend was rather left there and she later advised that the service wasn't great. I had a better experience and I liked it. I will definitely be going again. It's my new home away from home. So the 4 stars its literally because she wasn't well received after I left.

The noise in the hotel is unbearable, this is a definite no when one is going for a work trip.
