The Pines was a character filled house with an interesting history, beautiful architecture and much to see. Well worth a visit, especially with a guide to explain and answer questions. The Johannesburg Heritage Society arranged tours.

I visited the office park which is just off Oxford road. It's a serene environment and hence a good working environment
