Gym is clean and for the most part everyone that goes there is respectful and has proper gym etiquette. The weights and machines are all in great quality.

The gym has adequate machinery, however, there isn't a lot. It's often quite full. The vibe is great and the staff are wonderful and friendly people

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well kept. Equipment is in great working order. Safe parking. One of the better Virgin Active clubs about.

Friendly staff , Pool is warm - lanes get full pretty fast throughout the day though, got a backup generator when load-shedding strikes, and a Kuwai for the post gym workout smoothies ????, parking is open and free with underground parking in the Victory Park center.

How long have we waited by now for the skill mills screens to be repaired? a month? 3 out of 4 screens have not been working for quite a while now....You can definitely do better.....

An amazing gym and the staff are extremely helpful and respectful and the gym is nice and clean with a nice vibe and with decent people

Greater care could be taken by management and floor walkers to ensure that gym equipment rubbers is not damaged, and equipment not bent and buckled due to flinging them around and is useless to others...

Sanitiser nozzles should be replaced when not working, took 4 requests over 2 weeks to get sorted

Overall a good gym... my personal trainer Pat is a gem and a great asset to this gym...
