Best lamb shank that we had in a very long time ???? it was so well prepared and deliciously soft it just falls off the bone. Dressed with delicious tomato with garlic and rosemary sauce.
Great service from the waitress ????Perseverance???? is her name .
Good wine list ????
Nice decor and ambiance ... but would have loved to hear some Italian music ???? maybe next time some Andrea Bocelli ????

Service was ridiculous, when we sat down, no one came to take our order. We had to phone the restaurant for them to send someone to us upstairs. When ordering drinks, the waitress did not even open the glass bottle cokes, we had to open them with a butter knife. Throughout the evening, she did not come to check on us if we need anything or want to order anything, she just places our food on the table and before asking if we can get something else, she is already gone.
The haloumi platter was not well presented and looked like a kid had put that together which was served with a small ciabatta bread that was hard and dry. The arrabbiata pasta, consisted of more mushroom than it being a tomato pasta.

almost got disappointed after I was told (this was after waiting) that I have to change my order as it is no longer available another waiter took it but the waitress later came back after I had placed my second order and said that she made a plan.. other than that I had a good experience, I will definitely go back

I love this resturant always going for the best prawns and house bread which is amazing. The food is always amazing but the last time I was very disappointed with the service we got. The wait for food was ridiculous and the service was very disappointing. They brought the starter when we ordered more house bread to go with the starter they got upset even though we were willing to pay and by the time they brought the bread the starter was cold. Didn't offer sauce like they usually do for the prawns they came to the table dry and when we wanted lemon butter they said it's not ready. Those things should have been told to us before we order.

Had lunch the food is good service is average had a great time with kids and friends coffee is good but not awesome there milkshakes are great.
We had to wait for the kids to arrive and they reserved a table for us that was awesome.
The reason for not getting 5 ⭐️ was due to having to tel the waiter 4 times that we will order when the rest of the party arrived bit of a pain in the back.
The sea food ???? platter was great thou.
In all very satisfied with them. Will retun there again.

Pathetic service 3 times in a row. Manager remembers me very well. Owner is never around to take ownership. Manager only knows the words "im sorry".
I was told by a staff member that there are more trainee staff than experienced staff. How sad for a busy and prime business at a very busy casino. I want feedback as to when action will take place and when new management or owners will be in place. Pathetic service

If basic Italian food needs a definition this place is the one for you. The side mash was lovely. The owner shouts at waiters and waitresses in front of customers. Our chips was raw, the poor waitress said she had to make them because someone put the fryer off. Joke of a place and highly overrated. To be fair, the food looked nice. Taste wise a solid 1 but for our service received I'll top it up to a 2.
