Don’t think the experience I had was worthy of a 5 star hotel. Check in and staff friendliness is what kept me from rating this 1 star. Room 5118 dated and dirty, I have photos and videos if management would like to see. Bathroom mirror broken. Bathtub faucet broken. Water pressure too low to pass the back of the bathtub. Water changes from cold to hot. Bedroom carpet dirty, Couch dirty, light switches dirty and lamp shade broken.
Then we get to room service… scan the QR code and get two numbers to order. None of which work. Phone 2 to get to reception no answer. Walk down to place order. When front desk calls Portia she says The front desk is lying nobody called.(welcome to check the calls if they are recorded) hands me the phone to place order just to have the phone put down in my ear.
I work and travel for a living and can assure you this is not even a three star experience
