Excellent place to stay for a short stay. Staff is friendly and polite. Pool sparkling clean. The honesty bar is decently stocked so you have enough choice. 10 mins to airport via Uber.

My experience at this venue was absolutely terrible. The owners are rude, they are not transparent with the services that they offer or the associated costs. We were provided with abysmal access to using the generator during a municipal power outage on Christmas day. Just a terrible experience overall. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

· Monique gave us a very warm welcome and made us feel at home within a minute. She prepared on request immediately our lunch after arrival to assure that we had eaten before our city-tour. Very customer service oriented and very friendly. Beautiful set-up in the lodge. Hanging around at the bonfire in the garden was a great way to bond, to relax, and was fantastic conversation starter with other travellers.
Can only recommend this relaxing place and would definitely go back.

· There is a cat on the property. In my humble opinion let your guests know that you have pets, this disclosure creates transparency and helps build trust. Nevertheless, I really even with my allergy I enjoyed the stay. Thank you for having us.

It's a beautiful place in a great neighborhood. The service and food are exceptional. Moreover, the owners/staff are really nice and helpful.

They have a lovely garden and Bushveld Television (a.k.a. firepit) where I spent much of my time. They even have a trust pantry where you can help yourself to snacks and beverages, so long as your honest and write down what you took for subsequent billing.

My only minor complaint is the neighborhood dogs bark a lot and sometimes pretty late. Also, the owners live above so if your room is in 7,8 or 9, be prepared to hear them moving about above.
