I have never seen such bad service in my life .I send in query in December for double payment on my account that was made , it has been 5 months now and nobody is getting back to me . I have called and send numerous mails .They just ignore you .

I am not one to do bad reviews for companies and local businesses but this is me frustrated with the service received from the fiber company.

We have had fiber with Wifibre since February this year, can not complain about the network as it works 100%.

What I can complain about is the lack of service one gets from the company. I've been struggling for weeks to get feedback regarding being double debited towards my account. I got a swift email once from a lady and when she gave me the acount holder name it was incorrect and not for me.
I have emailed 4 times asking if they found my account and if the debit order could be stopped as I would rather pay EFT. And its dead silence from the department.

This is honestly frustrating and you can't call them because no one in accounts answers. I have never delt with a service provider with such poor lack of communication.
It's asolutely disgusting...

When we are being honest, we all want to support a small company but the experience from Wifibre is not the greatest, half the time the fibre is not working and just goes down without notice. They have been contracted as the Fibre company in our complex and they don't have back up power for those loadshedding days, don't even want to start with the fact that they are not reachable and don't respond to mails

Wifibre accounts dept has incorrectly debited my account a few times already and it has been difficult to get feedback or support from their accounts dept to rectify issues. Their technical dept is very good and helpful and has always resolved any of my technical issues. Link speeds are good and I get what I pay for. Would recommend, but pay via EFT and not debit order. If it was not for all the payment issues I would have given them 5 stars. It is also more expensive , but that is only for the wireless connection

Small company, they have great prices....I am paying for a 100Mbps upu0026down package and I only receive full speeds when I'm using 5GHz band. I get 100Mbps download sometimes (UPDATE:I always get 97.6MBps and 100mbps sometimes). The average ping for speed test is 3. The employees are very helpful and no issues on the customer service as of now. Their main internet supply is from Vxfibre. I trust that I'll stay with them for a while.

For me they are a great WiFi company to use. They have good rates/pricing on packages and very quick to assist when you email. Saldomly have problems but they will assist as quick as possible. Very friendly people at installations and in office. No callout fees and no hassles otherwise
