We usually receive good service here and the food is good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice. The only thing I would suggest they could improve on is how long the food takes. It's located in the shopping centre which is convenient. They also have quite a wide variety on their menu. They also have the option to split a pizza to have 2 different flavours.

I didn't get Burnt pizza for the first time in years and I received 3 condiments for free but sometimes I'm told they for sale...make up your mind honestly. Are they for sale or not.or is based on your mood.. ????

After a terrible experience at a very expensive restaurant we went to Panarottis for my birthday. It was quiet, the food was good but the staff's friendly attitude brightened the day with a birthday song full of energy!

Not like it used to be. Pasta over cooked and very white? Italian pasta is more yellow so going against what the menu states. Pizza dough tasted strange..

We ordered a regina pizza. Very tasty and well presented. Will order again. I recommend them.

Food was good

Service for a month end Sunday was not....
I think there were only 2 waiters and a manager and my waitress was just not able to manage us

Below issue was resolved timely.

Bought a Rib n Steak at 19:30 as takeaway and it was still not ready at 20:30. I was given the pizza at 20:40 but it was all a rush job because the pizza wasn't done well, I told the person serving me that the pizza doesn't look ready but she insisted that it was.
I'm now at home trying to eat a pizza that's not done well. I'm so disappointed at Panarottis. I can't even cook because there's no electricity in the Bonaero Park area.
