It's an amazing place, the rooms are big and clean. The decor on point. I just think the toilet system needs an upgrade.

Everything was just excellent!!! No hassles no problems,,,, booking in was a delight,,, if anything simply "perfection"!!! One night away with my husband and everything was great excellent customer care, great service, absolutely nothing to complain about!!! The food at Aurelia's restaurant was good, had good portion size, good combination selection, clean tasting not overdone, well prepared and appertizing presentation on plate,,, excellent service from waitress 10 out of 10 stars by all means❣️

Horrible Service: Wrong booking room, cold water and Aircorn and Telephone not working .This supposed to be a 0 start there is nothing about being a 4* Hotel. Worst Weekend ever. I checked in early Friday for special occasion. I went out to get some stuff for the night. While I was out I was called 2 times to confirm my room number and later I was told there was a mistake they gave it to someone else. Well I dint have a problem cos I didn't leave my stuff. Coming back I was given another room upon going there the room had people inside.Went back to Reception there was no one at the desk had to wait all busy on the phone . I advise there room had someone and they ask me if I was sure ? Really ??? Booked another room, the door didn't lock, aircorn was cold.Sunday Morning Water was cold and the Telephone was not working. Tried to call from 8am only managed to go through after 9:22 when about to check out . What a bad Standard of a 4* Hotel

Loved the atmosphere, the privacy, the room was amazing. The comfort I got from the bed, the pillows, the sheets, mmmmm loved it. Its a pity I wasn't feeling well in the morning, so I didn't have breakfast, hopefully they will invite me and I will be able to tell you more.

We are currently booked in. Very bad experience. One person behind desk. We had to wait 20 minutes for reception. Room 202. Door wouldn't open. Went twice down to authorise. Then were send to room 217. After packing out we found toilette not flushing. Back to reception then were finally checked in Room 252. Not impressed with the room. Southern Sun is far better but unfortunately they were not open

We went for breakfast as a family. Food is good but service could have been better. Plates weren't taken away and we had to take it away our selves several times. Asking for coffee took about 5 minutes... It was not unpleasant, but can be better if they pay attention to customers

I bought the Perfect Date package and the Mondior is awesome! The room was beautiful with romantic detail and the staff friendly and professional; top to bottom. Not too happy with dinner at Aurelia's though. It wasn't bad, but I expected more from a 5-Star hotel. I've had better food for much less and drinks were stupid expensive.
