Last week I wrote a bad review about them they were able to assist us, they gave us a better apartment and the stuff is very helpful, I can recommend this to any one who enjoy cooking their own food while on holiday.A very clean and easy to access public transport too

HORRIBLE. Firstly they almost sent us back because of our age saying we too young that time we are over 18 and no where did they say anything about a age restriction. Secondly the receptionist was very rude, he seemed very distgusted to see us and had a dismissive tone. Thirdly the basin taps were not working. Breakfast was not even standard breakfast. There was load shedding on one half of the building and all the receptionist gave us was 3 small used candles. Never will I go to a 3 star accomodation. I've never been somewhere where they treat you like you didn't pay. The hospitality was bad and we did not feel welcomed at all. We even got threatened to be chased out because apparently we were "too loud" We weren't even playing music or even shouting. Never again.

The bed sheets were not changed or clean. My room was not cleaned the bed was just made. The apartment was not in satisfactory condition. Please work on cleaning the rooms and changing the sheets regularly. Service was good though.

Although the place is clean there are issues that need attention. The furniture is outdated and in bad shape. There are dangerous electrical connections. Broken tiles that can cut you. The place is very noisy during the night. Lots of unwanted activities going on. The gardens and outer buildings are clean and well maintained. Price is fair but I shall not stay there again.

During the whole night up to about 4:30 the people in the apartment above us kept us awake by the annoying sound of moving chairs and perhaps a table over the floor.

I was amazed that steel furniture with no rubber or plastic caps was put on tiled floors on a upper floor apartment.

This ruined Sunday of of our 2 day weekend as we also had a late night and ended up with almost no sleep and had to cut our Sunday short.

I alway book only few things make me regular Guest at Vetho The cleanest of the Room and friendly staff .the venue is quite and safe

Its ok. There's need to add an 2 pin sockets or adapters in the rooms. I failed to charge my gadgets all weekend because there was no adaptor. Please Vetho Apartments, do something about it. Add 2 pin sockets in each room.
