One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Arrived and checked in. The process took almost an hour because only 1 person was working to check in guests. Walked into the room and there were McDonald's bags on the bed and table with the television on and an unmade bed. Went to report it and was then moved to another room. Rooms are small compared to other hotels and feel more like a road lodge. The porter was to bring the luggage to the room but he forgot which room and so eventually had to go look for him and received the luggage an hour later . Breakfast was nothing special but the lady who makes the omelettes and eggs was fantastic. Then ordered food from the restaurant for take away. Toasted sandwich and Nachos. Waited almost 2 hours after checking with them 3 times. The last time I was asked, what am I waiting for? This was by the person who took my order and knew that it was not completed as yet. Made use of the laundry service which was very well done but once again had to go ask for it. I was told they weren't sure which room the laundry was to go to as they couldn't see on the copy with the laundry which room it was. Also note that it is a few minutes drive from the airport. They make available a shuttle service every 30 minutes. For the price, I was very disappointed.
