I booked the car for the express service then they said i must bring Friday, when i drop the car i asked service person is it express service he said no! The car is not booked for express service, ok i leave a car i go he didn't even bother to ask me do i need transport? It was on Friday past 8 am until to day ????Saturday they don't call me to come n fetch car and i saw it yesterday around past 4 they finished about it, Guys i didn't no what is that mean selfish,now i know what is that mean

Melandri Burger the sales advisor was very professional, and helpful in my 2006 Toyota Yaris recall. Which I wasn't even aware of,when I ordered car parts for my service,by her and she immediately made me aware of the situation! Would most definitely recommend anyone looking for outstanding service to go to Melandri.

Had bad experience. Booked my car for brakes check and replace, they kept my car whole day and until now Kenneth's advise not forthcoming. Considering other branches because car due for service soon

I took my Tazz 2002 to orange toyota fo tappets and timing setting and I was not satisfied they called me and ask me to rate them then I gave them 1 out of 10 then they called me to take my car back then the manager took my car to the workshop and asked me to go home they gona sort it out.they calld me after 2hours they picked me up at my place I test drived my car it was perfect like I know iit . It's like its a new car, I am soooo happy with the service I got from Orange Toyota, I give u guys 100 out of 100.keep it up guys.hepi Christmas and a prosperous new year. .
