McDonald's Klerksdorp Drive-Thru

We used to get good service here in the beginning. But lately it seems as though the staff consists of trainees. We have been patient for the past few months. However today was a terrible experience. After clarifying and repeating an order multiple times, we paid and were given something that came from the bin, on top of which the order was wrong. Eventually we had to ask for the manager who came and made the meal herself. @Mcdonalds, please retrain your staff on customer service and handling of food.

Check your drinks before leaving. Ordered this "hot chocolate" today 29/08/2021 and this is what I received (pictures attached). Highly disappointed but not surprised.

Poor service does not have the option to pay with card and cash. The food also gave my friend and I a stomach buh for a week.

Terrible customer service. The shop assistants complain more than clients. They seem to be unsure of what they're doing. I was really disappointed. I doubt I'll ever visit Klerksdorp outlet again.

Poor Service ..unfriendly staff... Noisy and talking loud to each other. Ordered a Chicken Big Mac and received a regular Big Mac in a Chicken Big Mac Box.
