I will start off by saying their coffee is rather decent, better than most other take-out coffee you get at most places, however unfortunately their food items on the menu is rather expensive and both items I ordered, although seemed rather appetising ultimately was uneatable.

I ordered a cuppa chino + Breakfast bagel and an extra "beef and mushroom pot pie"

The cappuccino was light, yet creamy and favourable, The Breakfast bageI had to throw out unfortunately, its bun was incredibly tough and chewy and the egg inside was slimy and the meat was almost completely flavourless.

I was expecting them to make it fresh but I was rather surprised to see that they made these "pre packaged" which brings to question how long exactly that bagel had been there.

The pot pie had a bit more flavour but was on the doughy side and had a very strange aftertaste.

I hope Mug u0026 bean steps up their game next time I am in the area.

Very disappointed! Take away menu foods are not fresh! :( This is the second time now that I've made a stop here on my way to work and bought food from the already prepared menu (Chicken u0026 mushroom Pot pie - 1st time and today Chicken Sweet Chilli cold wrap).. and only to find that the food was stale/ rotten inside or some ingredients had gone bad. This is very very disappointing as we spend our money expecting to get fresh food on the go. You are giving a bad name to this much loved brand by not adhering to it's standard of freshness.

Bought cup of filter coffee. .tasted weak and watery. .on complaining was told should have taken something else.if you cant make a good cup of filter you wil be able to make any type of coffee well. Wil be my last cup bought there. Rather cross street and get seatle coffee

Fantastic and convenient. Request them to heat up your drinks as they can be just warm at times. The pecan pot tart is simply awsome.

I stop here frequently. The food is good, but most days they don't have what I ask for.
