Poor service from the second we walked in. My husband and I stood at the door waiting to be seated for 10min while staff ran past us, without so much as a greeting.

Once eventually seated we advised the waiter that we will only be having desserts... She stated that the desserts will take long, as there is only 1 person working at the dessert station. We ordered none the less...

I had a chocolate Brownie and my husband had the waffles. When the dessert arrived we were only given knives and forks, no spoons for the ice cream. The Brownie I had ordered was so dry, it was even crumbling on the inside, needless to say i did not finish the brownie. Our waitress also just dropped the desserts at out table without saying anything, then just disappeared, never to be seen again until we asked for the bill and got up to pay.

The restaurant also seemed to be very chaotic, even though it was not busy, with servers running around.

Not the standard of Spur we are used to. Quiet disappointing, sine we do really enjoy Spur.

DONT GO HERE. Save your patronage for another establishment in the waterfront. Currently sitting in Spur, just my wife and I.
Ordered 4 items and 2 drink.
The waiter forgot our order and came back to take it again. Still brought the incorrect request for drinks.
Currently waiting over an hour and no one has come back to see to us, 3 other tables had their food, ate and left in the time. This is extreme poor quality for a Spur. No patron care. No concern for anyone else. Not sure the reason, starters haven't even come yet.
Would not recommend.

The staff are great. The low rating is for the food. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Maybe the chef was having a bad hair day. The food arrived lukewarm, the plate was cold. I ordered a Beyond Burger with chips and "onion rings". The chips were floppy, the onion rings just a pile of limp sliced onions in oily crumbles. The burger patty was overcooked and shrunken, looking forlorn on the bun. It was truly disappointing and not worth the price tag.

Never been disappointed by this spur my local Spur, staff always friendly.

Been in quite a lot never had an issue.
Other then that just your typical Spur.

The breakfast was very nice with friendly service. Price on breakfast was reasonable and the place is very clean.

Had a fabulous breakfast and Cafe Late on a very cold and wet morning. Shout out to the waitress and staff. Food was warm and tasty, and we were treated like old friends.
