The hotel ???? is very much clean and comfortable. My stay was so peaceful and the staff members were welcoming. I will definitely come back to this hotel and will recommend anyone to visit the place.

Lovely experience here. Great location in Knysna with beautiful views of the dock. The breakfast was consistently good. Maybe only thing missing is a fitness centre for me.

Fantastic breathtaking relaxing atmosphere. Service excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Love the set up of the hotel. Breakfast ????.

Great location. Rooms are a little small and breakfast area is a bit compact and can be quite chaotic, we went during festive season so understable.

We have stayed a few times before but the first time with all the kids. Very welcoming staff especially the one porter. We didn't catch his name though.

Pretty unimpressed by guest services. Location is excellent but staff is not courteous unlike a good hotel staff should be. Would have loved a more welcoming staff.

One of the top Protea hotels. We were so impressed by the location, views and facilities. Right in the heart of the Knysna lagoon you get uninterrupted views of the harbour. Our room looked over the gorgeous pool.

The service was very good. Constantly cleaning the pool, the rooms were perfect and front desk staff were nice and accommodating of our early check in. I will definitely be back to this location again.
