The cleaner was grumpy and we even had to call the cops in because she stole my grandmother's rings and the owner (male) was swearing at my uncle and my aunt's because he said that he the owner is right and the guests are always wrong. I will never ever go back to that place no matter what and I warn everyone to keep all possessions safe and away from the cleaner

My sister and her colleagues booked this place, they noticed that the dates that they booked for was available but funny they paid all the amount.When they called to confirm the dates,the person who answered the phone was the one they booked to but he denied that he received the mount and denied their booking.

I am staying in Tides End Manor for 4nights, and this is my first day, the only thing I liked is the cleanliness of the house.

HOWEVER, from the first moment the owner and the house keeper gave us veeeery bad awful impression, the way they talk to us was so so RUDE. The host dose not accept any questions!! I have seen many reviews warning people that the host have some attitude problems, but I did not expect it would be as this extent!!!

When I asked the housekeeper about the washer and ironing, she was so harsh, yelling and shouting!

Wifi connection is sooo weak!!

There is no privacy at all in the house, the housekeeper and a guy keep walking around us most of the time !!

The worst Host and housekeeper I’ve ever met

It's a very good property to stay with all the facilities for a family stay. Located at beautiful lake front.
