Appalling service. Dropped my phone in water, took it to Knysna Vodacom to be sent for repairs. 1 month, no update. Called George to enquire about repair and they had returned it to the Knysna store, 2 weeks after I gave it to them. I asked for the report to be emailed to me for insurance, they sent it to the wrong email address. Went into the shop to collect the phone and o one could find it. Waited 30 minutes while they worked out they had re-sent it to George for repairs. They promised to get it back and inform me when it arrived. They called, I went in AGAIN and no one could find the handset...a never ending headache...
