Shocking. I have been waiting for 30minutes to be assisted by ‘the only person who can assist me’ at the credit desk. Apparently she felt the need to go to Pick a Pay an hour after the store opened. I am shocked at the work ethics of people these days! Overall bad customer experience

Google maps says you updated your opening hours 11 weeks ago to closing at 5 on a Sunday. At 3:30 today I went in to buy some solar torches only to find you closed and the sign beside your door clearly stating that you close at 3 - please correct your Google Maps listing as you just waste our time when it is incorrect.

I approached Game in person to complain about a Bennet Read glasstop that broke on the very 1st time that it was used. Game did not replace it. I bought a replacement on my account from Tevo. This was paid for on 10 August 2022. I am still waiting for feedback from Vusi. Poor service. Poor customer relations.

Everytime I go to game , I think the service cant get worse. The staff stand around in clusters chatting or talking on their phone. When asked for a product, they point you in a direction. Shocking attitude.

I went to buy a washing machine at Game and received 5 star service from Keith. Now every time I go there, he remembers me, greets, chats and asks if I need any assistance etc. What a friendly and professional person, thank you Keith for the awesome service!

Horrible place. Many people that are employed but no one offered to help me. They stood to the side and stared. I asked one of them about a special. They told me the product was sold out. I refused to accept that and finally they admitted that they had one left. They showed me the product. Not even near a shelve. They were clearly stashing it away for themselves. It was a heavy product and while 4 of them stood around me, they watched as I picked it up, by myself, and placed it in my cart. Not a single offer to help.
The place has gone downhill.
