UPDATE:
The Spur contacted us and apologised and asked if we would please give them a chance to make up for the bad service.

We went there on a Saturday night and the restaurant was packed! but despite the place being verry busy, we received outstanding service and the food was perfect.

The staff were verry attentive and the food was served fast and hot.

However we will be returning to find out if the level of service remains the same if the staff is not aware of why you are there.

We went there a couple of months back and the service was horrible we waited almost 30 minutes just for our coffee. We went there yesterday for a quick lunch, thought we would give it another chance. We were greeted by a verry friendly waiter that took us to our table and told us someone will be with us in a moment to take our order. We sat there waiting for almost 15 minutes, and no service not even an attempt. We got up and walked out no one even tried to stop us or enquire if things were ok. We went to Detroit Spur in Riverside and had the best experience, staff are awesome, we sat down, had our coffee and lunch all in 50 Minutes, if anyone feels like going to spur in Nelspruit, the Detroit Spur in Riverside is defiantly the better option, do not waste your time at Mountain Spring Spur. It's actually a shame because they are ideally located.

Wrong order. Cold food . Unprofession staff. Dont go there. There are al lot of great restuarants within walking distance

Every time I visit, the service remains the same, I mean excellent. Their turn around time to fullfill order is great. But they could improve a bit in the kids menu, the real kids menu and the happy meal kind of menu were two different things. My kid thought that he could get a toy from both menu, but it turns out only the other menu has this option.

Not good experience, waiter taking long to pick the order, food not coming in time, serve hot water and lemons to wash and but when food arrives everything is cold. At least for this branch, sure they lose a customer.

Great place, the food was delicious. Great service, though quite full, we didn't wait too long for our food, our waitress was on top of her game.
