To say the attitude of the staff stank is an understatement. The lady who took our order failed to give us our change, so the manager (called Gift) had to step in. I noticed that our tray had been set up (as our 2 bottles of Savannah were on it) and was looking forward to getting our drinks. 20 minutes later they were still under the heating lights, obviously no longer cold, but no food was there. I approached the server and asked if we could have our drinks before they got any warmer. He told me “Just sit “Boet, I’ll bring it to you!” 10 minutes later, I went to Gift (the original server blanked me) and asked her if we could have our drinks but please to replace them with cold ones. The tray sat there for another 5 minutes until it was all served together (we wanted to drink our drinks before eating and had told the server that, but clearly her plan was more important) - the Savannah at least was cold, but sadly so was the food!! My wife just ate hers, but I sent mine back to be heated. Very obviously a microwave did the job because exactly the same piece of chicken came out lukewarm (missing the mouthful I had tried previously), but with wedges as hot as volcanic lava. All the time the server who assembled the tray was giving us looks like daggers as if we were inconveniencing his routine, which is clearly not a great success!!
