Food was delicious. I'm not happy with the service. Even though the waiters are friendly, the service was slow I waited for approximately 30 minutes for my drink to be served to me.

Good for some family bonding time. Lively and happy atmosphere. My daughter always asks to go there, as all the kids play together and have so much to do. Only negative thing, the pastas can be improved quite a bit, and the pizza toppings spread more evenly. ????

I feel robbed. The cheese on the pizza is paper thin. The food was simply not worth their asking price. A quarter of the price is still too high. Its a slice of bread and a few grams of cheese. Absurd.

Panarottis at Ilanga Mall has a great outdoor play area for kids. A big jungle gym with a grass carpet underneath with a shaded net, but not covering the entire play area. During the summer the slides would probably be too hot to play on.
There are also an indoor play area for younger kids.
We enjoyed a cheese and herb Flat Bread which proved good value or R45. It went great with the complementary garlic, chilli and parmesan cheese. ????

I had to wait for more than 40 minutes for my pizza after I was told it would take 20 minutes. I asked the waittress to check for me and it took her about 15 minutes just to go to the back and find out how long it would take. Not the best service from panarottis.

Good service, great food. Just waited a bit long for the drinks to arrive. Other than that the service was good.
