Manager was extremely rude. Waitress got our order wrong and charged us extra for correcting it. Food was underwhelming. Sauces were expired too. Wouldn’t recommend????????

Great food, relaxing music. The waitress could have smiled and be a little friendly but she gave the expected service even without a smile ????..the floor manager filled that gap though. Always happy with this place.

We came to eat at galaxy grill house today and ordered the 600g ribs.. We complained because the meat was smelling and tasting off.. The manager was really rude to us about this and saying that he disagreess with us and the meat is not off, he did not even say he is sorry about this.. I am really disappointed about the service here...

Value for money, but it needs an upgrade, things are falling apart in the rooms, same everything since 2006,when I used it regularly as a rep
