The experience was moderate, I don't think it should be rated a 4 star hotel. The tall slim guy at the reception was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. He looks like someone who does not enjoy his work at all. He has no passion at all, just doing it to get paid. At the reception you need people that are the face of the company, people who will make customers feel like they are at home. The reception is the first place that customers is in contact with. Please do something about your staff at the reception, provide training and teach them the importance of customer service and clientele. Breakfast is not well served through out, I literally had to ask for more food to be provided, it felt like they were keeping food for themselves because when they eventually brought food it was completely cold which made me wonder that why was it kept in the kitchen and is there not supposed to be a supervisor checking if all is order that food is served frequently instead of customers having to beg for food to be bought in the front. I am very disappointed with your service and I think you should quickly start training your staff.
