In all honesty, the place is not much to look at...
But with freshness and taste like what they have going...
Looks can be deceiving.

Excellent value...
Probably the best in Midrand...
With a new fresh flavour.

Definitely worth a try...
Driving into or coming home from work.

Afro chicken midrand gave me a very bad start,rushed off to get their full chicken as I saw they advertised 9pm as closing time,got there by 8.23 PM Thursday 24/11/21 and got a signal by staff Inside that they are closed.Can I kindly advise that you change your trading times on your website for midrand branch to 8pm so you don't confuse other potential first timers/customers like me.Thank you. However visited the next day cos I was eager to test their chicken..chicken was well spiced n cooked but chips???????????????????? can we pls fry those chips properly..thank you.

Worse place to order from. The taste is not what I thought it would be .. looking at the menu.. the extra sauce on the chicken gave it a tast like sour herbs dholl... the chips was over fried and did not look appetizing... and the rolls just crumbled when you slice them....stale ... thanks but no thanks .. worse R160 Rands I spent

A funky concept that (in my opinion) works! A simple menu with a few great promotions! A unique take on what flavourful chicken should be (flavours and cuts of chicken). Staff are friendly and the food is ready in a few minutes.

The only request I have; the current "peri-peri" flavour is flavoursome but far from hot, please include a hot option!

Food is quite good. Decent portion sizes, but feel that their chips are overcooked and therefore taste burnt.

Prices on display are out of date for some items.

Unfortunately, COVID precautions are mostly not followed - multiple staff were not properly wearing masks.
