Horrible customer service experienced. We placed our order wanting to add on an extra side, Feedback that we recieved from the cashier is that she would have to void our current order and then re-place, which from her perspective seemed like a too cumbersome task that warranted an extremtly rude attitude from her. We immediately cancelled and walk out the store, I'm all for supporting local business but I guarantee this store will never again see me again.

Wow what an experience decided to get my family a takeaway, they had no fries. They did not have any chicken strips. How do businesses in the food industry survive without being able to supply a product? I think the Owner or Manager who is responsible for stock ordering is smoking something out of this world. This is the last time I will support this useless business.

They need customer care training and a proper 1 at it. They are slow and get orders wrong or something ordered omitted. Disappointing

I ordered telephonically and when I got there I waited 20 minutes for the meals. They just dragged their feet yet the place was not busy. They didn't seem to care. Very disappointing ????

The chicken was terrible it was dry, l dont think it was made the very same day. When we were eating it felt like we were chewing biltong that's how terrible it was, as for garlic loaf they just used normal butter and the bread was stale l was very dissapointed. These people were trying to get rid of old stock so the best way was to use it for takeaways.

Has to be the worst Barcelos in the country. If i could give 0 stars i would. Chicken was dry, cold and stale, seemed like they cook it the previous day. Terrible
