CrossFit gyms are not all created equal. CrossFit Kyalami has not only a great and good looking facility, but, more important, the coaches are experienced, kind, and welcoming to all: from newbies to people that have been around for a while. LOVE this place!

This is the place to get seriously fit at. Don't be intimidated though, caters to all levels including beginners.

Nothing quite like being coached by a multi Crossfit Games athlete
