I borrowed money against some items but didn't realise that the final collection date fell on Easter Monday. My personal funds were also delayed due to the holidays. I tried to explain that I can pay for my goods the following day, but Cash Converters @ Reds Mall refused to give me just one more day leeway. Thanks Cash Converters for helping me to lose R12000 worth of electronics thanks to your ignorance and lack of sympathy with public holidays. On your website, it states that you are open to discussion if payment dates fall on public holidays. Rest assured, you will never see my business again after being a loyal customer for years.

I had stuff taken from my house without my consent. I made cash converters aware of this and I haven't had any feedback from them. I have not received my items back either even after sending proof of ownership. When people and companies lack of communication start affecting someone personally and their life personally.
i was told they would open a case and communicate with me. I STILL AWAIT!!!!!
How do you blame people for getting angry?

Cash converters Menlyn pawned stolen equipment from our Company. Proof of ownership through insurance policies detailing serial numbers was provided to the Menlyn branch. They issued a letter in return stating that they are in possession of equipment matching the description.
Francis (the floor manager) told me that they would definitely keep the goods locked away for 7 days in order for police to retrieve goods.
After 5 of the 7 days, the goods were released back to person that pawned the equipment.
Frans at Cash converters leisurely says that the person came with an affidavit that the equipment is his and that I did not leave a copy of the insurance document behind which provided proof of ownership. Really?
I guess Cash Converters made their money back and that's what it is all about for them.

If I can rate a - star I will.. Bad bad bad experience at your lemon tree branch, rude people.... Time of closing the shop is at 17H00
Shop where closed at 16H40, when we asked why can't we come in, staff say we are not allowed in, very rude closing the door in my face, please can you get back to me I have more to this storie. My email [email protected]

not good at all threaten me because they made a mistake and i still make me pay them and then when i call them nobody want to solve my problem they just say i must pay them. how can you pay them then you already did and they made a mistake on your account

I had a wonderful experience with Cash Converters both as a customer and employee.i bought a lot of items that i did not afford at that time at cheaper prices all the time,it was a bargain,thanks to Cash Converters.

To THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER /DIRECTOR (share holder) Had a very bad experience with one of the franchise posted a Google review on the franchise and now head office customer service is very poor want to waste customer time instead of sorting out there franchise name a big run around I hope the C.E.O can read this as I'm not the first to complain about the store in question now I have to rewright a email to get what from your unprofessional business
