Pizza Perfect | Waterfall

Margherita pizza was great! Big let down though is that there is no free delivery to Waterfall though even the new Sunninghill branch offers free delivery. Knowing this, the manager said he would not consider it or change his mind.

Ordered a pizza today and added a buddy coke with my order. When the uber driver came with the delivery he only heard the pizza. Asked him why there wasn't a buddy coke on my order he said they never gave it to him. Mind you had already paid for the food already. Driver advised l should call the store and so l did. Not even a single apology was given for the mistake done. The only thing l heard from the lady that l was talking to was how the store has closed and there was nothing she could do. Very disappointed with the service and how the matter was handled.

Love the pizzas here but management does not make sense. They advertise they open from 9.30am but you actually cannot order a pizza because they say their ovens take at least an hour to heat up so I want receive a pizza before 11.15am? Surely when you are open that is when you are ready for business? The manager should be there at 8.30am to get things sorted. Shocked!

Quite a wide variety of menus to choose from. The pizzas are quite tasty too. The service is equally very good and the attendants are very efficient and friendly. They serve with smiles on their faces. Waiting time to get your order is about 15 minutes, which is not too bad.

They dont have a warmer to keep your food warm when you arrive. When you ask the staff to re-warm it they give you attitude and say you shouldve been on time collect. The pizza also dont taste great, the base has a raw uncooked taste to it. For the same price or a little more, i rather order from Casa Bella in Mall of Africa.

Always had good food from Pizza Perfect Waterfall, at the "new Nagiah's centre". Quick delivery times and consistent food makes it a no brainer, if you like their stuff. Free open parking in front of the store.

A gem !!! Perfect Pizza...here you will find not only extremely good pizza but also pasta that is hard to beat and friendly knowledgeable staff that go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your meal.
