DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Absolutely shocking service.
After weeks of no connectivity, being referred fruitlessly to a tech call centre in India, having an onsite technician knock out our entire network, lies around known outages, we cancelled the service – fair considering none had been delivered for nearly a month.
Months later still being sent threatening emails about overdue accounts despite confirmation they've disconnected our link.
Not a single competent person works at this company, rates are extortionate, and service non-existent.

This is in fact already ADC Africa Data Centres.
From what I have seen and heard, looks impressive.
Let's see how they fair against the international cloud service providers.
Liquid Telecoms, it looks like only the name is left?

Speaking to customer support is a problem, specially technical support, you cant even hear what they are saying cos they are from India, cant they hire local people for better communication?
spent 30 minutes repeating the same thing

Im running on fibre, The product itself is great, very happy but the after sales service is absolutely dismal.
You cannot communicate with someone locally. My business internet has been down the whole morning and when trying to get ahold of someone, i get put through to some call centre in India where its impossible to hear what these guys are saying. Its noisey and They are rude and unhelpful. Good luck to anyone who has issues with there products because you wont get sny help from them.

The whole day without internet at my workplace. Called many times. Closed my 1st case without ensuring we are up and running, since they say we are connected. No effort was made to send a tech to see what is problem on site !!! Bad service experienced today.
