Book at your own risk. The photos you see on their website does not reflect what you get. We had a client of ours who tried to stay there and asked us to assist with their booking. We booked them 3 nights, they had issues on the 1st night (the room leaked), they were moved to another room (but the door could not lock due to a faulty lock and they had no maintenance person on site to fix this). My client checked out immediately and we have been trying since to get a refund for the other 2 nights. Manager does not answer to any emails and has no interest in customer service or getting back to us or our client.

False advertising!!!! Don’t go! They scammed me my money! The way it was it’s like a brothel in the cbd! It doesn’t even look like the pictures on here. My room door wasn’t even locking and strange men were going up and down the passage. They even refused to refund me my booking fee!!!! I HATE THEM ALL!!!!

such a disaster place , zero cleanness in this pandemic , front desk staff not sure if they know what they doing , sheets had sterns , bugs everywhere , towels had sterns - TV you constantly have to ask the staff to change channels for you - breakfast 2/10 , the whole room tiles broken with holes and shower had holes everywhere - i'm so disappointed

Bad customer care, i booked and paid for accommodation which check in is still in a week's time but due to personal reasons had to cancel two days after paying. No one has bothered to attend to my refund query. I am always told the auditors are not available, i even agreed to their cancellation fee but still no one is assisting me.

My experience at the hotel was bad. The bed sheets were very dirty, you'd tell the previous guests who were there before me used them and the hotel staff never changed them.

When we woke up in the morning there was no water (Both hot and cold) and when inquiring with the lady at reception her response was "I don't know" we than requested to speak to the manager; he was unapologetic and said there was nothing he could do.

This was the worst customer experience ever, I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

It's a very nice hotel, I stayed there for a week and I honestly liked the place. They clean the rooms every morning and the service is very friendly. The only downside is that the meals are quite expensive but atleast it's located near a shopping mall where you can get your own food.
