Excellent place to visit if you are looking for a take away or baked goods. The curries are excellent and well recommended. If you are looking for Durban style cakes and pastries then this is the place to go to.

Fresh cream donuts are lovely. Bunny chows are delicious however availability is an issue there isn't always variety on baked goods

Top Hat Bakery, from what I know was a family owned business which was a household name in Phoenix/Grove End. After many years they opened a branch at Rebro Centre. Years later they have opened a branch in Randburg, and now there is a store in Midrand. They have great baked goods, fresh and tasty. I see that the Top Hat in Midrand also sells bunny chows, burgers, etc as well. Well priced and quality food is sure to keep people going back for more.

Bunnies were passable. Kebab one was sweetish. Samoosas were ok. For two bunnies they forgot the extra gravy tubs. Overall disappointed

Freshly baked cakes etc, durban styles curries at excellent prices, lamb burgers are great as well. Worth the time and money.
