Asked for a thigh and they gave a breast piece. Chicken was served cold. The slider was also cold. Only thing was was warm was the two chicken wings.

Such a friendly gentleman took my order telephonically, he was too pleasant and even upon collections he was superb.

The manager on duty has great customer service. Only one small issue, two Cokes missing after I asked "Are there three?" u0026 the manager confirmed yes.

Only to get home and find one.

Very disappointed that this is not the 1st time being served Chicken that tastes as if it's from the previous day. Not fresh, very dry and stale. This is not on as we pay in full for meals purchased and this is not a freebie from your side. Waste of money.

Service could be faster after hours but I understand that they don't want to have left over meat

The queue is always very long and most times I've been told that the meat is finished. Not a great experience after waiting on the long queue
