Ordered a half and half with jalapeño, they delivered a club. When I called the restaurant, no one picked up the phone.

Stop lying to the public about your closing times. You wasting our petrol. You claim you close by 9:00PM whereas you know very well that you close by 8:30 PM. Having to drive 20 minutes to hear this nonsense ???? really disappointed. Shop is even open at that time.

Visited the store this morning around 10:31. Staff looked like they were still cleaning. Waited for a good 10mns, whilst someone tried to get someone to assist us with our order, eventually a very agitated lady came in a tortoise pace. She could not contain her anger, she could not greet. She literally hated the fact that we came. She then struggled with login into the system for another 5 mins. She walked to the next door store to look for someone to assist her, even at this point, no explanation nor an apology is given to us. I then asked for the manager and was told she had just left, while the lady was giggling with the next store employee explaining that her profile had not been activated. I decided to leave and no 1 seemed to care. I am appaled to say the least.

Midway Mews Debonairs all revamped looking goodo. Fast efficient telephone call taken with ease, my pizza didn’t take long the staff were all happy and in a very joyous mood. Debonairs Pizza most if not always delivers for me , extra ANYTHING you want. Putt some take some it’s just sooo Juicy.

The Manger came to ask why I was taking a picture of the stores certificate pictures, I explained I was telling people about there restaurant and how happy to was with everything , he left with s smile on his face :-))

Pathetic service if there was zero starts was going to opt for it, ordered pizza yesterday around 17:00 the special of 2 triple decker and a 2l coke only to receive 1 pizza and a coke spoke to help desk the entire time Zama and Tswelopele till 21:00 and was advised I will get a call from the store manager till the next day and I had to do a follow up by calling during the day around 14:00 for the pizza and they only sent 1 pizza at 17:00 not even 2 at least for the inconvenience they cost. Even now I am still waiting for a phone call from the store manager Gedrude. ????

I ordered a Mexican pizza for delivery, received a chicken pizza. After calling I was told that the driver would have to then come back and switch the pizza. Yes, switch. Food should never be switched, for hygiene reasons - especially considering that we are in a pandemic. When I received the correct order - it had somebody’s bitten leftover piece. Manager was not very helpful.

I don’t know why this debonaires branch is still trading because there is not one pizza Iv enjoyed and I’m a frequent buyer. The service sometimes is good and bad. The pizza is never tasting nice for me. Perhaps it’s not prepared with passion and love. The ham tasted like it had been stored for quite some time. Every time I have to order from this restaurant I always ask myself if it will be a waste of money or not. Most of the time I order online but it seems just useless. The pizza you see on the website is not what you get. It’s not appealing I’m so disappointed. On top of that I ordered 2 buddy drinks and the delivery guy came with one and says he forgot it. He said his new so I told him they should give him day shifts not night shifts bcoz he got to my complex and got lost inside☹️
