The area and the apartments are nice and it's a safe place to stay. It has a Gym and a nice Restaurant.

On the other side there are non stop problems with the water supply, nearly every week and it's very noisy. Every morning are helicopters flying over the estate around 7am. The Helderfontain Estate next door is on a building phase and you have to get used to noise from the constructions happening there on a daily base.

The pool is most of the time very busy and the water is dirty. The noise regulations are very tight, so be ready for some fines when hosting guests.

The estate has potential but not a recommendation at this point.

A very nice place to stay in. Visited this place couple of times and every time I visit I overstay. Plus I enjoy the balcony view at the top floor

License disc and license card scanned upon entry as visitor. Code needed in order to gain entrance therefore very safe for residents. Units are large and modern. Plenty of parking space. Lovely clubhouse and noise controlled very well by security in evenings. Near shopping centres but along busy main road

Been living here for 2 weeks now and I haven't had a single problem. Their staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent. What I love most about it is the fact that they have a fully kitted out gym for all those fitness freaks. The place is extremely secure which is what you should value most in today's South Africa. Overall the place has been a treat.

We are being told to go make noise at our fathers house by the estate manager rude and un acceptable
