Wow!! What an amazing facility. Ever in Mosselbay, you have to drop in at Eden. They will make you feel right at home. They offer every training type from conventional to modern. They are full crossfit equiped and affiliated, not only that. They have all the gym based equipment needed for standard hypertheropy or fitness training. They have space for the fighters, lifters, Crossfitters, youngsters, pensioners and everything in between. Love it!!

A clean, well equipped gym for everyone! Very friendly and helping staff. Love the crossfit classes - immediately feels like part of the family. If you want to take your fitness journey to the next level, this is definitely the place for you!
