Close to town and the athmosphere is great. Especially loved the breakfast. The firplace in the room also made a very pleasant athmosphere. Very convenient and pleasant services at the bar and the decor really makes for very nice athmosphere. Highly recommended

Absolutely magical. Accommodation stunning. Lovely wood fires. Gardens very beautiful and well arranged for conversations.

We had an absolute wonderful one night stay at De Opstal during January of 2021. Stunning area, wonderful cozy rooms, hospitable and friendly staff and not to mention the delicious food. Can’t wait to go back for a hopefully longer stay next time!

We had my daughter, Taryn Phillips to Dominic Carvalho’s wedding here at de Opstal, and it was beautiful and great weekend u0026 beautiful memories were had and made by all who attended Matilda and staff were awesome 10/10

What an absolute gorgeous place! We had a formal function at De Opstal. I was surprised with how nice this please really is!
